Cancellation Policy

Important Note: Once your order has been dispatched or is undergoing customs clearance, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, the order will be processed, and you will need to accept the parcel and arrange for its return at your expense.

Due to the urgency of processing time-sensitive orders, we cannot accommodate cancellations once the order has been placed. Free Gifting Policy

We offer a free leather gift with orders exceeding $150. This offer is valid only for one gift per customer.

Important: If you return the items in your order, the free gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned with the order, its value will be deducted from your refund.
