Return Policy

At Premium Leather Store, every jacket is handmade to order by skilled artisans. Because each piece is custom-crafted, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of the item, color preference, or size preference.

If the item is defective, Window: email us with pictures within 2 days of delivery, if item is defective.

Include: Order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/video showing the defect or damage (including packaging if damaged).

We will review (5-7 days) if approved Return shipment label will be provided within.

Conditions

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging, unless the defect/damage prevents normal inspection.

Unauthorized returns (returns sent without approval) may be refused.

Returns are not accepted for reasons related to preference or fit; please review our sizing guide carefully before ordering.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the item (when a return is required).

No restocking or refurbishment fees apply to verified defective/damaged returns.
