  • All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of color, or size preference. Please review our sizing guide before placing your order.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, notify us within 2 days of delivery at return@PremiumLeatherStore.com with photos. Our team will review and, if approved, issue a return authorization and tracking label. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Return Conditions: Approved returns must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. If returned in altered or used condition, we may refuse the refund or apply up to a 40% restocking fee.

  • Resolution: Once inspected, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
