We are committed to delivering premium, custom-made leather products with care and reliability. Each product is handcrafted in our workshop in Sialkot, Pakistan before being shipped directly to our customers.

Order Process

Order Confirmation
Every order is confirmed with the customer by phone or email. This step ensures we have the correct sizing and customization details. Confirmation may take a few days depending on response.

Production Time

Once order details are confirmed, production begins. Each item is handcrafted and typically takes 5–7 business days to complete.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (U.S.) – Free
Delivery typically takes 12–18 days (5–7 days production + 7–11 days shipping).
Expedited Shipping (U.S.) – $24.99
Delivery typically takes 8–12 business days (5–7 days production + 3–5 days shipping).

Note: Production and shipping times above are combined to provide the total delivery estimate. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, but actual delivery may vary depending on order confirmation and customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package from our workshop in Pakistan to your door.

Responsibility

Premium Leather Store is fully responsible for your order until it is delivered. If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Customs & Duties

All customs duties and import taxes are included in your order total. Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs processing, but no extra cost will be passed on to you.

Returns

All purchases are backed by our 30-day return policy, If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at return@premiumleatherstore.com
Returns must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

All eligible returns can be sent to our California office address.
