At Premium Leather Store (owned and operated by AWAIS LLC), every jacket is handmade to order by skilled artisans. Because each piece is custom-crafted, our policy is designed to protect the integrity of our craftsmanship while ensuring fairness to our customers.

Policy Overview

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at return@premiumleatherstore.com with your order number and photos. Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return label (or a no-return resolution for low-value issues). You may choose one of the following remedies:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Full refund

Custom-made jackets are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or size preference. Please review our sizing guide and confirm details carefully before ordering.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • If an eligible return is received used, missing parts, or not in resaleable condition, a refurbishment/restocking fee (up to 29%) may apply.
  • Restocking fees never apply to damaged/defective returns or shipping errors.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
